Protalus is an orthopedic insole company serving both DTC and B2B markets. As a Graphic Design Manager, I operated as a multi-disciplinary creative lead, focusing on the brand through every customer touchpoint. My role required wearing many hats: creative direction, graphic design, photo and video production, motion design, and print collateral creation. I drove the visual strategy for campaigns, product launches, paid ads, packaging, and web experiences, while also managing junior designers and collaborating with marketing, product, and dev teams.
